Our party rentals are available to Full Access members on weekdays and weekends throughout the season. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a big celebration, we have a setup that fits your group and your budget.
All you have to do is show up, make memories, and let the pool do the rest.

Pool access
Your group gets exclusive use of a designated section of our outdoor pool, perfect for splashing, swimming, and making a serious mess of fun.
Full playground access
The playground is all yours for the duration of your rental, a great space for younger kids to run, climb, and play between pool sessions.

Party Rentals
All rentals include a 3-hour minimum. Build your perfect party package below!
Base Package
Perfect for smaller gatherings. Includes your 3-hour minimum facility rental.
Covers up to 20 guests
Larger Group?
Rates below apply to each additional guest over the initial 20.
- $200 due at booking. Includes $25 app fee and $175 deposit.
- Parties > 25 guests require a Lifeguard ($25/hr).
- Extra party time is $110/hr.
- Inflatable jumpers require approval and a $75 surcharge.
- BBQ Grill rental is $15/hr.
- 2 trash bins provided. Extras/overflow are $30 each.

Rules & Regulations
Facility Use & Exit
- Included Areas: Non-lap pool, basketball court, bleachers, picnic area, and BBQ section.
- Excluded Areas: Indoor gym, 360 functional fitness, hot tub, and lap pool (unless agreed in writing).
- Exit Time: Vacate within 15 minutes of scheduled end time. Late exits incur a minimum 1-hour rental fee.
- Cleaning: Return premises to original condition or forfeit deposit. Two garbage bins provided; excess must be removed or charged $30/bin.
Safety & Conduct
- Prohibited Items/Acts: Animals, alcohol, glass, styrofoam, gum, piñatas, glitter balloons, smoking, vaping, amplified sound, and climbing structures.
- Food & Drink: Restricted to designated picnic areas.
- Pool Safety: Shower before entry, appropriate swimwear required. Reusable swim diapers or rubber pants required if not toilet trained.
- Supervision: Adult supervision always required. No diving in water under 6 feet.
Cancellations
All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $25.00 processing fee. Refund policy:
- > 90 days before: Full refund (less processing fee).
- 61–90 days before: 80% refund of deposit.
- 31–60 days before: 60% refund of deposit.
- 0–30 days before: No refund of rental fee.
